The athletic track is for children/teens that are
interested in different styles of martial arts with
fun, energetic but structured cardiovascular
classes that involve jumping, tumbling, drop
rolls, short distance running with various
obstacle course and much more. This track is
perfect for boys or girls that are not drawn to
a serious or elective dance track but caters to
movement that is foundationally athletic but
still requires discipline, form, focus and energy.
Academy or elective track students may cross
over to take from the athletic track.
